The Weber Jetting K728-38 is a performance carburetor conversion kit designed for the 1986-1989 Honda Accord equipped with the 2.0L engine. This kit replaces the factory carburetor with a 38 DGES Weber model featuring an electric choke for reliable operation in various weather conditions. Included in the K728-38 kit are all necessary components for a comprehensive upgrade, such as the Weber 38 DGES carburetor itself, a manifold adapter to facilitate installation, a linkage kit for proper throttle control, and a chrome air cleaner for improved engine bay aesthetics and filtration. The kit also contains a carb base gasket and an adapter gasket kit. For some applications, retaining the factory air filter might be possible with modifications using adapter part number 99010.490. The kit is intended for off-road and racing use and may not be legal for highway use in California if it's a three-digit K kit (though this specific kit number is not explicitly listed as such).
