It includes a Spal 16-inch low-profile pull fan, an installation harness with a relay, a fan mounting kit, a lower temperature fan switch, and a billet water pump shaft nut. The kit is designed for models including the 328i, 328is, 328ic, 323is, and M3 (3.2 liter).

The BimmerWorld Electric Fan Conversion Kit is a high-value, effective, and easy-to-install solution for eliminating the stock belt-driven engine fan on 1996-1999 (OBD2) E36 6-cylinder BMWs. This conversion helps maintain optimal engine running temperatures by replacing the parasitic drag of the engine-driven fan with a more efficient electric cooling system. Included in the kit are a Spal 16-inch low-profile pull fan, a Spal installation harness complete with a relay, a fan mounting kit utilizing a pin style, a lower temperature fan switch, and a billet water pump shaft nut. This comprehensive package ensures you have the necessary parts for a successful conversion. This kit is specifically designed for 1996-1999 6-cylinder E36 models, including the 328i Sedan (1996-1998), 328is Coupe (1996-1999), 328ic Convertible (1996-1999), 323is Coupe & Convertible (1998-1999), and the E36 M3 3.2 liter (coupe, sedan, and convertible, 1996-1999). The BMW fitments are listed as E36 (97-99) > 323ic, E36 (97-99) > 323is, E36 (96-98) > 328i, E36 (96-96) > 328ic, E36 (96-99) > 328is, and E36 (96-99) > M3 (96-99). IMPORTANT NOTE: The fan shroud gasket is no longer included in this kit. Additionally, this kit should not be used for track applications.
