Electric Shift Transfer Case

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RTC3024G-2M is a remanufactured MP3024 transfer case engineered for 2020-2022 Sierra 2500/3500 and Silverado 2500/3500 models equipped with the 6.6L Gas engine and a 6-speed transmission. This unit features electric shift capability and comes complete with the integrated shift motor. Zumbrota Drivetrain transfer cases are rebuilt to exacting standards, ensuring confidence and longevity. Each unit undergoes rigorous inspection of internal components for signs of wear, including cracks, stripped threads, shaft straightness, gear wear, and chain stretch. A specialized Hydro-blast rinse and blasting procedure, followed by a proprietary deep cleaning process, restores components to an OEM finish. Every rebuilt unit includes the replacement of all bearings, seals, and viscous couplers. Finished assemblies are thoroughly spun tested to verify shiftability and quiet operation. This remanufactured transfer case is shipped in high-density plastic totes to prevent damage during transit. It is built with a 29-spline input shaft and an 8-bolt oval mounting pattern. Notably, this model does not include a speed sensor. It is compatible with Option Code NQH.
