The GrimmSpeed Manual Boost Controller represents a refined approach to managing turbocharger boost levels, developed in conjunction with tuners to address common issues with existing controllers. It enables users to efficiently increase OEM boost settings, offering quicker spool-up, improved response, and consistent boost control. The device utilizes Exact Control Technology, featuring over 250 distinct adjustment points secured by a heavy-duty stainless dual-ball detent system, allowing for precise tuning. Constructed from CNC-machined 6061 aluminum with an anodized and laser-etched finish, this boost controller is built for durability. Its design incorporates an extra-long travel spring for a superior boost range without sacrificing the high resolution necessary for accurate tuning. The adjustment scale is clearly marked, enabling users to pinpoint and repeat specific boost settings, ranging from 0-60 PSI with adjustments as fine as .25 PSI per click. A universal mounting solution is included, allowing for versatile installation positioning. Installation is straightforward, with an install guide available to assist users.
