The Honda OEM 16400-RN0-A01 is a genuine Honda throttle body that serves as a direct replacement for your vehicle's original component. This part features an electronic throttle body actuator and is also referred to as a Fuel Injection Throttle Body. This throttle body is compatible with a range of Honda models, including the 2008-2012 Honda Accord, 2007-2017 Honda Odyssey, 2009-2015 Honda Pilot, and 2009-2014 Honda Ridgeline. Installation typically involves removing the air intake duct, disconnecting electrical connectors and coolant hoses, and detaching cables. It is important to note that this part does not come with hardware or a gasket, which may need to be purchased separately. When replacing the throttle body, proper procedures such as cleaning old gasket material from mating surfaces, performing a PCM idle learn procedure, and checking for air and coolant leaks are crucial for optimal performance and to ensure the vehicle runs correctly.
