MIA's Description

The Camco 02713 is a screw-in water heater element designed for use with problem water, such as hard water or areas with lime buildup. This low watt density (LWD) element is a fold-back style that maintains efficiency while reducing lime deposit buildup.

It features a 1-3/8" thread and is compatible with State Industries manufactured Duron Tank Water Heaters and Sears Duron tank water heaters. The element is rated at 3800W and 240V and includes two gaskets. It's important that any replacement element has the same voltage and wattage as the original, and that the water heater's nameplate rating is never exceeded.
