Haltech’s Elite 1000 ECU represents a significant advancement in engine calibration technology, housed in a robust, environmentally sealed case. With up to 4 fuel injection outputs and 4 ignition outputs, the Elite 1000 ECU is suitable for a wide range of applications, including universal 1-8 cylinder engines and 2-rotor configurations. It supports various load-sensing methods (TPS, MAP, MAF) and offers flexible injection patterns (Staged, Sequential, semi-sequential, batch, or multipoint) and ignition systems (Distributor, multi-coil, expand CDI, or Haltech Multiplex CDI). Key functionalities include low impedance injector control, flex fuel compatibility, and closed-loop O2 control with dual-bank capability. The ECU also features advanced tuning options like per-cylinder tuning correction, traction control, launch control, and anti-lag systems for closed-course racing. The included Elite Software Programmer (ESP) provides an intuitive and user-friendly interface for calibration. It is important to note that Haltech products are designed and sold for sanctioned off-road/competition non-emissions controlled vehicles only and may not be used on public roads or highways.
