The Stewart EMP High Volume Intercooler Pump (part number ST-1030085005P0005A) is engineered to enhance cooling system performance in supercharged and turbocharged applications. Lingenfelter Performance Engineering has tested this pump using advanced flow testing equipment with a ZL1 intercooler brick assembly and radiator, confirming its high-volume capabilities. Constructed with a lightweight, all-aluminum housing, this pump is designed for easy packaging and weighs only 6.5 lbs. It is compatible with both 12 and 16-volt electrical systems, eliminating the need for a relay. The pump operates with extremely quiet performance, making it a discreet yet powerful upgrade. This high-volume intercooler pump offers 7.7 gpm flow capacity, which is 60% more than the stock ZL1 pump. It requires a 1-inch inlet connection from the intercooler reservoir for optimal function. The pump draws a maximum of 25 Amps and comes with a 2-year warranty from Stewart.
