Emperor Turbo Kit for 6.7L Powerstroke

The SPE Emperor Turbo Kit is a complete, 100% bolt-on turbo system engineered for 2011-2019 Ford F-Series trucks equipped with the 6.7L Powerstroke engine. This kit offers a solution for enthusiasts seeking the reliability of a non-Variable Geometry Turbocharger (VGT) or aiming to increase their Powerstroke's power output. It's also a direct replacement for the problematic Garrett GT32 single sequential turbocharger found in 2011-2014 models. This system features an SPE-designed aftermarket passenger side manifold alongside the factory driver's side manifold, while retaining the factory driver-side up-pipe, 2015+ style downpipe, and 15+ lower and 11-19 upper intake manifolds. The kit is available in three sizes (S363, S366, S370) and can be configured with either a journal or ball bearing turbo. This flexible design allows for future upgrades to different frame turbo sizes with minimal additional changes. Key components include an exhaust manifold cast from 600 series ductile iron, designed for dual-volute T4 turbos with optimized runner lengths for excellent spool-up and featuring a cast-in EGT bung. The included SPE turbos are upgraded versions of the S300 series, addressing weak points for enhanced durability and performance, and are optimized for the 6.7L engine. The hard-anodized pedestal minimizes corrosion, and a form-fit silicone oil return hose ensures reliable installation. Note: For 2011-2014 Powerstroke models, a 15+ style downpipe, downpipe clamp, driver's side up-pipe, and manifold assembly are required and can be included in an optional install kit. Tuning may be required for optimal performance. This kit is designed to work with SPE 6.7L-based Emperor engines, and while intake piping kits are sold separately, the system can function with the factory upper intake. An aftermarket downpipe is recommended for easier installation.
