EMUSA GT45 Turbocharger Kit

The Speedyracer EMUSA GT45 Turbo Kit is a comprehensive upgrade designed for DIY enthusiasts and professionals seeking to enhance their vehicle's performance. This kit centers around the EMUSA GT45 turbocharger, featuring a T4 flange and a 3.5" V-band downpipe flange, with a compressor offering a 69 trim, .66 A/R, and an inducer/exducer of 68.7/97.8. The turbine has a 92 trim, 1.05 A/R, and an inducer/exducer of 87.4/77. This turbocharger is capable of supporting over 600 horsepower. The kit includes a high-performance intercooler with a 3" inlet and outlet, measuring 31"x13"x3" overall with a 23.5"x11.5"x2.5" coresize. It is tested to withstand over 80 PSI of pressure and can achieve a 150-350 degree Fahrenheit temperature drop. The accompanying intercooler piping kit is universal and requires customer modification for installation, increasing airflow with its 3" diameter. The kit includes various aluminum piping, silicone hoses, and stainless steel clamps. Additional components provided in this kit include a universal fuel pressure regulator adjustable from 0-140 PSI, a slim-design 14" fan (14 7/8" diameter, 14 1/8" height, 2 1/2" thickness, 10 blades) with a mounting kit, a turbo timer with a handbrake detection safety circuit for vehicles with a 12-volt switched power source, and stainless steel braided oil feed and return lines. It also contains an oil catch tank (3.125" diameter, 6" height) to collect contaminants and a 255ml fuel pump. A 1-30 PSI adjustable turbo boost controller is included, designed for in-cabin mounting to allow for on-the-fly adjustments and faster boost engagement. The kit is rounded out with a 4-in-1 Type R 11K RPM tachometer, featuring an adjustable red shift light and additional gauges for oil pressure, water temperature, and oil temperature.
