Engine and Transmission Wiring Harness

The Texas Speed GEN-IV-TRUCK-DOD-DELETE-KIT provides a comprehensive solution for managing your LS engine's electronics, specifically designed for 24X Gen IV applications utilizing the factory E40 controller. This kit includes a complete engine and transmission wiring harness, ensuring seamless integration of critical engine functions. The harness is meticulously constructed with brand-new GM Delphi connectors and high-temperature TXL wire, meeting GM specifications and undergoing 100% quality inspection before shipping. It offers extensive connectivity for essential systems, including fuse/relay box, fuel pump control (relay included), fan controls (relays and fuse available separately), check engine light, speedo output, tachometer, OBD2 port, and drive-by-wire accelerator pedal and throttle body control. Additionally, it accommodates MAF sensor, MAP sensor, engine coolant temp sensor, alternator control, two upstream oxygen sensors, crankshaft position, camshaft position, fuel injectors, coil packs, and knock sensors. Provisions for low-mount knock sensors and a front-mounted cam sensor are also included. Please note that PCM VATs removal is required and can be facilitated through PSI. An alternative drive-by-cable harness (P/N HAR-1058) is available for those not using drive-by-wire setups. The harness is designed with a sliding grommet seal for a professional, leak-proof installation and typically extends 4-5 feet from the rear of the cylinder head to the PCM mounting position.
