Beyond aesthetics, it functions as a robust protective cover for the battery itself. Featuring racing-inspired quick-release latches, the Battery Shield adds a touch of race car appeal and practicality. Installation is straightforward: simply align the quick-release buttons over their mounting points and press the cover down until it snaps securely into place. The design also incorporates custom-made stainless-steel standoffs that can replace the OEM battery tie-down nuts, and padding on the underside provides added stability and protection.
