The Clevite AL-Series Rod Bearings are designed as a direct replacement for OE aluminum bearings. These bi-metal bearings utilize a 100 percent lead-free aluminum silicon material with increased silicon content for improved journal surface conditioning and greater wear and seizure resistance compared to competitor materials. They feature 100 percent bored inside diameters for precision.

This set is specifically for the Ford 429/460 CID engine family. The bearings are designed for a 0.020 in. (0.50mm) crankshaft undersize, do not have a dowel pin hole, and are not narrow bearings. The set contains 8 bearings.
