The ACDelco 15-10412 Engine Coolant Thermostat Water Inlet Assembly is a GM Genuine Part designed to meet rigorous GM standards for optimal engine temperature regulation. This direct OE replacement, formerly known as ACDelco GM Original Equipment, ensures your GM vehicle's cooling system functions efficiently, preventing overheating and maintaining smooth engine operations. Constructed with a robust aluminum housing, this assembly provides enhanced durability and a secure, leak-resistant seal. It integrates seamlessly with your vehicle's existing cooling system components. The thermostat opens at 187°F (86°C) and includes a gasket or seal for installation. It does not include a bleeder screw. This thermostat and water inlet assembly is specifically designed to fit a range of Cadillac, Chevrolet, GMC, Hummer, Isuzu, and Pontiac models from the late 1990s to the early 2000s. Specific fitments include the 1997-2003 Chevrolet Corvette, 1998-2002 Chevrolet Camaro, 1999-2003 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, 2002-2003 Cadillac Escalade, and 2003 Hummer H2, among many others listed in the product details.
