Engine Cover Grommets

The Racingline 2.5 TFSI Engine Cover Grommets offer a simple and effective solution for a common issue on Audi RS3 and TTRS models. Over time, especially with a tuned or aggressively driven vehicle, the factory engine cover grommets can become loose, vibrate out of place, or get lost entirely. This can lead to the engine cover not being properly secured. These replacement grommets are engineered with a higher durometer rubber and a thicker flange design compared to the factory parts. This construction provides a much tighter grip, ensuring the engine cover remains firmly located and prevents it from coming loose or falling out. The stiffer rubber and robust flange design work together to overcome the limitations of the stock grommets, which are often too weak for the demands of performance driving. Installation is straightforward and requires no special tools or modifications to your vehicle. Simply remove the old grommets (if they are still present) and push the new Racingline grommets into place. Then, refit the engine cover. This makes them an ideal preventative maintenance upgrade; it's best to install them before you lose your original pieces. This kit contains four uprated grommets, designed as a direct replacement for the 2.5 TFSI factory grommet (OEM part number 1T0 805 673 A).
