The NTK EH0173 engine crankshaft position sensor is engineered as an OE direct replacement, meaning it offers a bolt-on fit with no modifications required for installation. This sensor is crucial for providing the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) with precise crankshaft position and speed data, which is essential for determining engine mechanical timing, fuel injection, and ignition timing. The EH0173 features a 12.50-inch wiring harness for application-specific routing, a 3-terminal male blade design, and a single female rectangular connector. It is built with OE-spec manufacturing processes, including thermal shock, vibration, and OBD verification testing to ensure consistent performance.
