The T-Rex Racing engine guard crash cages are specifically designed to provide robust protection for the Yamaha MT-03 motorcycle, model years 2020 through 2024. Constructed from durable steel tubing and finished with a black powder coating, these engine guards feature replaceable aircraft-grade aluminum skid plates. This design not only adds an extra layer of protection but also allows for cost-effective replacement should the skid plates sustain damage in an impact. The guards are engineered with a four-point attachment system, ensuring they remain stable and prevent rotation during a low-side crash, thereby minimizing damage to the bike's engine and other critical components. T-Rex Racing also provides a step-by-step installation video and PDF instructions to guide users through the process. The use of high-grade materials, including commercially available 12.9 rated steel (177,000 psi tensile strength) where possible, ensures maximum durability and impact absorption.
