The natural rubber components have undergone tensile strength testing, measured by a rheometer to adhere to international standards for viscoelastic properties. Manufactured in Malaysia, the rubber material is bonded to metal with a special chemlok adhesive, providing superior abrasion resistance and durability against extreme conditions like vibration, exhaust heat, and solvents. The kit features robot welding technology and a double quality control procedure to ensure product integrity. The rubber material matches OE specifications, aiming to maximize occupant comfort by effectively transferring vibration frequencies from the engine.
