The Revo Full Engine Mount Kit offers a significant upgrade for VW and Audi vehicles equipped with 2.0T FSI/TSI engines, addressing the severe engine movement issues that arise with increased power. This kit replaces the OEM engine, transmission, and lower torque mounts. The stock fluid-damper and air-gap designs are often overtaxed, leading to a loss of critical vehicle feedback and usable power. Revo's system utilizes precision-machined aluminum and stainless steel components with polyurethane bushings to manage engine movement, thereby transferring more energy directly to the wheels. Constructed from 6061 T6 aluminum billet and 304 stainless steel, the mount frames are manufactured to strict dimensional tolerances. This approach balances vehicle feedback during spirited driving with the absorption of unpleasant engine vibrations in everyday situations, a result quantified through accelerometer data to significantly decrease cabin vibrations compared to typical aftermarket mounts. Installation is designed as a direct replacement, with Revo engineers using 3D CAD modeling to ensure exact fitment and factory alignment. The kit includes necessary brackets and spacers to securely mount any accessories previously attached to the stock units. Grade 10.9 steel bolts, custom-length to match factory specifications, provide OE-level strength and thread engagement. The Type II hard aluminum anodizing and powder-coated steel parts, along with stainless steel hardware, offer excellent corrosion protection for longevity. The pendulum mount specifically features high durometer link bushings to reduce compliance and decrease accelerated wear on the stock sub-frame mount, while close manufacturing tolerances ensure perfect fitment. This mount kit is compatible with a range of Audi A3 (8P) and VW models including the Beetle, EOS, Golf/GTI (Mk5 & Mk6), and Jetta (Mk5 & Mk6) with 2.0T FSI or TSI engines, covering various model years and drive types (FWD/Quattro).
