Description

Genuine OEM replacement Engine Oil Cooler Assembly for Duramax engines. Direct fit, rigorously tested. Recommended for replacement after major engine failure due to metal debris accumulation in the stack plate design, which is difficult to clean and can cause coolant/oil cross-contamination. If oil is found in the coolant, or if air escapes from the oil cooler near the oil filter during a cooling system pressure test (after removing the oil filter), replacement is necessary.
