The Mitsubishi 1200A020 is a genuine OEM factory replacement engine oil pan, specifically designed for the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VIII and IX. This part also serves as a direct replacement for earlier generations, including the Evolution IV, V, VI, and VII. However, installation on these earlier models requires the use of the Evo 8/9 oil return line, part number 1225A001, to ensure proper fitment and function. This oil pan is engineered for the 2.0L DOHC engine. This oil pan supersedes older part numbers MD343945 and MD371819, with both now replaced by the 1200A020 designation. As an OEM part, it ensures the quality, fit, and performance that Mitsubishi vehicles are known for, making it an ideal choice for maintaining the integrity of your engine's lubrication system.
