The Beisan Systems VANOS Adjuster Unit Seals Kit provides essential replacement seals for the VANOS system in specific BMW S54 engines. It includes all necessary Teflon rings and Viton O-rings for the VANOS piston seals, rod bore, piston cover, and pressure regulator. This basic seal set is intended for shops or experienced DIYers performing VANOS and timing rebuild work. The kit contains seals for the VANOS piston seals/rings, rod bore seals, piston cover seals, and pressure regulator o-rings, specifically for the inner workings of the VANOS adjuster unit. The included seals are manufactured from OEM-equivalent material and shape, consisting of Teflon rings and Viton O-rings. This kit is compatible with the BMW S54 engine, commonly found in the E46 M3 (1999-2005), Z3 M (1996-2002), and Z4 M (2003-2008). Professional or very experienced installation is required, and users are directed to detailed instructions on the Beisan Systems website for proper procedure.
