Description

The Cloyes Gear & Products 9-6065 is an engine timing chain tensioner designed to maintain appropriate tension in the timing chain. It can utilize either spring tension or hydraulic pressure, depending on the application. Cloyes recommends replacing the tensioner, guides, and sprockets when servicing the chain to ensure total timing system integrity. This tensioner is CAD designed and manufactured with premium, heat-treated materials for OE-level fit and function.
