Engine Tuning Module

The Hondata S300 V3 is an engine tuning module that significantly enhances the functionality of compatible OBD1 Honda Engine Computers (ECUs). It is designed to work with specific USDM OBD1 ECUs such as P06, P28, P30, P72, P74, and P75. This version of the S300 introduces several new features, including support for ethanol content sensors, Bluetooth connectivity for programming and data logging, and significantly faster datalogging speeds (2-4 times). It also offers CAN and serial outputs for integration with dashboards like the AiM MXL and Racepak IQ3. The core functionalities include 8 analog inputs and 1 digital input for logging purposes, expanded datalogging memory up to 2 hours, non-battery memory backup for reliability, and on-board calibration storage. It utilizes a USB and Bluetooth connection for versatile use with Windows-based SManager software for parameter editing, calibration uploading, and datalogging. Key features for performance tuning include expanded fuel and ignition tables capable of supporting over 60 lbs of boost and up to 11,000+ RPM. It provides engine protection against over-boost conditions and offers PWM output for gear-based or fixed boost control. The S300 allows for dual tables for different octane calibrations, supports lambda tracing from wideband O2 sensors, and includes multiple multi-purpose outputs for features like nitrous control. It also offers precise tuning adjustments for injector size, fuel trim, starting, tip-in, and individual cylinder trim, along with adjustable VTEC windows, rev limiters, launch control, and more. The module is compatible with configurable MAP sensors up to 5 Bar and above, and supports TPS-based table lookup for individual throttle bodies (ITBs). The Hondata S300 V3 is compatible with a wide range of Honda and Acura models equipped with OBD1 ECUs, including various years of the CRX, Del Sol, Accord, Civic, Integra, and Prelude.
