The Integrated Engineering IEIMVC1-BK intake manifold is a motorsport-designed upgrade engineered to deliver substantial power and torque gains throughout the entire RPM band for VW and Audi 2.0T FSI EA113 and TSI EA888 Gen1/2 engines. This manifold directly replaces the failure-prone and restrictive factory plastic unit with a robust, USA-cast aluminum component featuring thick-wall construction for exceptional durability. Key features include O-ring seals for a leak-free installation without the need for liquid gasket or RTV, eliminating wiring modifications or extensions. The manifold boasts a black powder-coat finish for a clean aesthetic and easy maintenance, complemented by a black anodized velocity stack cover. It is 100% engineered, tested, designed, cast, and machined in the USA. Optional bolt-on install kits are available to ensure a seamless integration with OEM lines and components. This intake manifold requires specific ECU software tuning to fully realize its performance potential and to properly manage the removal of the factory runner flaps, which would otherwise trigger a check engine light (CEL) and potentially cause rough cold starts. It is crucial to ensure your ECU tuner can provide the necessary manifold software before purchasing. The manifold is also water/methanol injection ready with pre-drilled and threaded 1/8" NPT ports on each runner. Please note that this manifold does not fit B8/B8.5 A4 & A5 2.0T TSI engines with the 5th injector factory aluminum intake manifolds, nor does it fit MK7/MQB EA888 Gen 3 engines. It is designed exclusively for 2.0T FSI EA113 and TSI EA888 Gen 1/2 engines.
