The Integrated Engineering IEEXCK3 is a performance cast downpipe engineered as an unrestricted exhaust flow path solution for your Audi B9/B9.5 S4 or S5 with the 3.0T engine. Its design supports full-bolt-on Stage 2 power capabilities and removes downpipe restrictions for maximum available power. The downpipe features a massive 6" investment cast body that smoothly transitions into dual 2.5" stainless steel legs, improving turbocharger efficiency and speeding up spool. It is equipped with a 200 CPSI high-flow catalytic converter to allow for full power from Stage 2 ECU tunes and hybrid turbo upgrades while reducing emissions and unwanted smells. Installation is designed to be straightforward without welding or permanent modifications, with an estimated install time of around 2 hours. The construction utilizes 304 stainless steel and investment casting for durability, a unique sound, and reduced radiant heat. This downpipe is hybrid turbo ready and optimized to work with other IE components like their intake system and turbo inlet pipe for an easy bolt-in process for popular turbo upgrades. Performance testing on a hybrid turbo equipped B9 S4 showed gains of up to 45HP and 41TQ to the wheels.
