Enkei uses Durville Die Casting and MAT processes to ensure cast aluminum wheels have strength comparable to forged ones. These processes create a finer metallic structure and "metal flow" in the aluminum alloy, enhancing tensile strength, yield strength, and elongation. This hybrid casting and forging process allows for greater freedom of design and affordability compared to fully forged wheels.
