Enkei utilizes Durville die casting and the MAT process to achieve strength comparable to forged wheels at a more affordable manufacturing cost. This hybrid process creates a finer metallic structure, enhancing tensile and yield strength, and elongation. Enkei's design capability ensures high stiffness without adding excessive weight through optimized spoke and rim profiles.
