EnShield Brake Rotor

The DBA DBA3102E is a Street Series EnShield coated brake rotor, sold individually, designed as a direct replacement for OE rotors. It offers an upgrade for drivers seeking improved performance during normal commutes. The EnShield technology applies a corrosion-resistant zinc/aluminium coating to the entire rotor surface, ensuring it looks good throughout its service life and eliminating the need for pre-installation cleaning. Key technical specifications include an outside diameter of 308mm, a height of 61mm, and a brake disc thickness of 31mm, with a minimum discard thickness of 28mm. It has a centering diameter of 93.1mm and features 5 lug holes with a 113.50mm pitch circle diameter. The rotor has a smooth, plain surface design and is vented. For enhanced performance and longevity, it incorporates a core-split casting for improved heat transfer and a Kangaroo Paw vane design which is claimed to increase braking efficacy and brake life by 20%. The rotor also features a CBN finish to minimize disc thickness variation and pad knock.
