EnShield Vented Front Brake Rotor

The DBA DBA418E is a front brake rotor designed to offer an OE-level performance upgrade for drivers seeking improved braking. This rotor utilizes EnShield technology, a protective zinc/aluminium water-based coating baked onto the entire surface, which provides excellent corrosion resistance and maintains a clean aesthetic throughout its service life. Constructed from durable cast iron, the DBA418E features a smooth, plain surface design. It is a vented rotor with specific dimensions including a 320mm outside diameter, 32mm nominal thickness, and a 69mm center hole diameter. The rotor is designed with core-split castings to enhance heat transfer and thermal efficiency, while a CBN finish minimizes disc thickness variation, pad knock, and premature wear. For improved braking efficacy and longevity, it incorporates the Kangaroo Paw vane design. This brake rotor is sold individually and requires two per vehicle. It is specifically designed for the front axle and features 5 stud/lug holes. The rotor is rated with a stopping power of 3 out of 5, a noise level of 2 out of 5, and a performance over stock rating of 2 (Performance/Commuter). The DBA DBA418E brake rotor is compatible with various Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution models, including the Evolution, Evolution MR, Evolution RS, and Evolution SE trims from 2003 to 2006.
