The Mobilgrease HTM is a high-performance Extreme Pressure grease specifically formulated to withstand harsh conditions. Its advanced lithium complex soap and additive system provide exceptional resistance to water contamination commonly found in steel mill, surface mining, and off-highway applications. This grease also offers superior corrosion resistance, protecting components from damage. It effectively sheds mill water, maintains consistency even when exposed to water, and forms a strong seal to prevent water intrusion. The EP properties and high oil viscosity help reduce wear, particularly under heavy shock loads, leading to fewer bearing failures and lower maintenance costs. This grease also exhibits excellent cohesion, adhesion, and tackiness at high temperatures and in the presence of water spray, ensuring it stays in place in tough environments and extends re-lubrication intervals. Additionally, it offers good pumpability at low to moderate temperatures, making it suitable for use in centralized grease dispensing systems.
