The Trim-Lok Fender Flare is a patented peel-and-stick solution for protecting your vehicle's body from kicked-up debris and harsh weather. This fender flare is constructed from ozone-resistant, co-extruded EPDM dense rubber, ensuring durability and long-term performance. The proprietary push-on edge trim, reinforced with an internal aluminum wire carrier and gripping tongues, provides a superior and permanent grip. This is further secured by a 3M automotive-grade bonded tape system, which offers permanent adhesion. Lab testing has shown that over 30 pounds of force per inch is required to remove the flare, demonstrating its robust attachment. The material is also resistant to moisture such as rain, sleet, and snow, as well as dirt and debris. This fender flare is suitable for a wide range of applications, including service truck bodies, utility truck bodies, cargo trailers, buses, shuttles, cars, trucks, and vans. For optimal performance, it is recommended to install the fender flare on radiuses of 17 inches or greater, as applications with smaller radiuses may exhibit some waviness. The clamping range for this edge trim is .090” to .157”.
