The CARDONE 1G-3041 Electric Power Steering Rack and Pinion Assembly is built from all-new components on OE production lines, never remanufactured. It features precisely matched gear and rack pairing, high-performance O-rings, and oil seals for superior resistance to wear, temperature, and leakage. Each unit is tested through 100,000 wear cycles and 1,000,000 fatigue cycles, and comes pre-assembled with inner tie rods and dust boots for direct bolt-on fit with OE-matched mounting points.
