Equal Length Header

The MAPerformance Equal Length Header is an exhaust manifold engineered to enhance the performance of the 2013-2024 Subaru BRZ, Toyota GR86, and Scion FR-S. Specifically designed to combat the notorious torque dip, this header utilizes pulse tuning to boost resonance at 4000 rpm, resulting in smoother and more powerful acceleration. Utilizing advanced CFD technology and 3D metal printing, the design was refined through numerous revisions to ensure optimal performance. The header features 2" primaries that fit seamlessly under the OEM oil pan and over the OE skid plate, with meticulous attention paid to minimizing turbulence and maximizing flow efficiency. A unique curved airfoil is implemented to address flow separation into the catalytic converter, significantly reducing flow losses and enhancing overall exhaust gas flow and power output without requiring additional tuning. Constructed from T304 stainless steel, the header is hand TIG welded in MAPerformance's Wisconsin facility. It features precision-made stainless flanges to prevent warping and is flat sanded to ensure a leak-free design. The cast collector is welded to mandrel-bent stainless runners and fits up to the OEM overpipe flange for compatibility and ease of installation. The product is dyno tested and verified, offering increased flow and performance, an excellent exhaust tone, and clearing factory under trays. This kit includes the MAP ELH Header, a Header to Front Pipe Adaptor, a 3" V-Band Clamp, 10 M10x1.25 Flange Nuts, and 3 OEM Gaskets (2 manifold to head, 1 manifold to over pipe).
