The PPE Engineering 925001-SS headers are a performance-oriented exhaust solution designed to replace restrictive stock manifolds on the Lexus IS250. By utilizing equal-length 16-gauge SUS304 stainless steel tubing, these headers improve exhaust scavenging and flow efficiency, resulting in measurable power gains. The integration of 15-degree parallel merge collectors further optimizes airflow as exhaust gases exit the engine. Technical specifications include mandrel-bent construction, runners welded with Silicabronze at the head flange, and flat-sanded mounting surfaces to ensure a secure, leak-free seal. Installation requires consideration for the vehicle's exhaust configuration, as a cat-less setup may result in an overly raspy tone. RR Racing recommends applying ceramic coating or 2-inch wide titanium heat insulation to manage under-hood temperatures. This product is compatible with both Left Hand Drive (LHD) and Right Hand Drive (RHD) configurations for the Lexus IS250 (RWD) models, 2006 and newer.
