This manifold is constructed from durable 1.5-inch Schedule 40 stainless steel, ensuring longevity under demanding conditions. Precision is key in its design. The manifold features an equal-length ram horn configuration and is TIG-welded with back purging for superior weld integrity. Its cylinder head, wastegate, and turbine inlet flanges are CNC machined from robust ½-inch plate 1018 steel. All mating surfaces are precisely machined flat to guarantee a leak-free seal for optimal performance. This turbo manifold is compatible with B Series engines, including B16 and B18 variants, and also D Series engines. The manifold is available with either a T3 Open or T4 Open turbine inlet flange, and a single 44-46mm V-Band wastegate flange. Buyers should note that fabrication and shipping can take up to 14 days. Installation may require modifications, such as trimming the power steering bracket, and accessing all bolts can be tricky due to the manifold's shape. The product is intended for off-road use only and is not street legal in California.
