This high-performance radial tire boasts a D.O.T. approved rating, making it street-legal while delivering exceptional traction on the track. Featuring the same proven R2 compound found on the quickest drag radials, the ET Street S/S provides superior grip with little to no burnout needed. The tire's construction includes an equivalent tread void to the ET Street Radial II, redistributed to enhance hydroplane resistance while maximizing tread contact for excellent dry traction. Additionally, its tubeless design ensures a leak-free seal. This tire is suitable for a range of 15- to 20-inch wheel diameters. Important warnings include: do not use this tire on a dyno, never use rim screws on radial drag tires, and all bias drag drive tires must be matched to be within 1/2 inch roll out. Mickey Thompson also recommends bubble balancing for drag tires, which may require 8–10 ounces of weight.
