The cores feature offset and staggered internal and external fin packs; the external fin pack is densely packed for maximum heat transfer, while the internal fin pack is less dense for superior flow. Inlets and outlets are strategically positioned and meticulously hand-ported to reduce turbulence and maximize airflow. ETS emphasizes meticulous design, rigorous testing (pressure tested up to 50 psi), and a thorough cleaning and inspection process prior to shipment.
