The Bosch fuel injector is a replacement high-pressure fuel injector for BMW EU5 engines. All new turbocharged BMW engines use a direct fuel injection system which operates at significantly higher pressures than conventional port injection systems. Due to the design, the engine relies heavily on a properly operating fuel system.

The Bosch EU5 Fuel Injector is an OE-quality replacement part manufactured in Germany, designed to meet the demanding requirements of modern turbocharged BMW engines. This direct fuel injector system operates at significantly higher pressures than conventional port injection, delivering fuel directly into the combustion chamber for optimal atomization and efficient combustion. When your BMW experiences issues like misfires, rough idling, or a noticeable lack of power, a faulty fuel injector may be the culprit. This fuel injector includes a sealing o-ring but does not include the decoupling element; ensure you have or order part number 13537577649 for the decoupler. After installation, it is crucial to enter the quantity compensation adjustment value into the DME using a compatible scan tool, even if the value is identical to the previous injectors. This step is required by BMW service bulletin SI B13 03 15. This injector is exclusively for vehicles equipped with EU5 type injectors. Verification of your BMW's specific EU injector type is essential before ordering, as injectors may not always match what is listed in the BMW ETK. This part is compatible with various BMW M6 models from 2012-2018 (4.4L V8 S63B44B Gas), BMW 550i GT models from 2013-2017 (4.4L V8 N63B44B Gas), BMW 550i GT xDrive models from 2013-2017 (4.4L V8 N63B44B Gas), and BMW 650i models from 2013-2014 (4.4L V8 N63B44B Gas).
