Description

The MARSH EXCEL ME517 is a Type I (QCC) connector designed with built-in excess flow and thermal protection features. It provides a positive shutoff that prevents gas flow until fully engaged. In the event of a fire, its thermal protection melts, disengaging the nipple from the tank connection to stop propane flow. This connector also features a positive back check seal at disconnect to prevent propane release.
