The Livernois Motorsports EvenFlo Hi-Performance Thermostat is engineered to significantly reduce operating temperatures in performance engines, specifically for 2014-2022 GM 4.3L, 5.3L, and 6.2L LT1 style Gen V Small Blocks. Stock configurations for these engines can commonly exceed 225°F, leading to power loss and inconsistent performance. By installing this 160° thermostat, you can mitigate heat soak, allowing your engine to achieve better cooling and reach its proper operating temperature more efficiently. This thermostat facilitates a reduction in engine operating temperatures, which can naturally lead to increased power output and more consistent performance.
