The UUC MotorWerks Evo 3 Short Shifter is a precision upgrade designed to enhance the driving experience in select BMW M3 models. It features a construction of T-304 stainless steel and T-6061 aircraft-grade aluminum. The shifter incorporates a self-adjusting and lubricating primary pivot bearing, along with silicone vibration-absorbing material. This design aims to provide a more satisfying "snick-snick" feeling compared to stock BMW shifters.

The UUC MotorWerks Evo 3 Short Shifter is engineered to transform your driving experience by delivering a precise and satisfying gear change, addressing the often-criticized feel of stock BMW shifters. It also features a self-adjusting and lubricating primary pivot bearing for smooth operation and longevity, complemented by silicone vibration-absorbing material to minimize unwanted noise and harshness. Unlike modified OEM components or universal solutions, the UUC design offers unique characteristics. It allows for height adjustment through changes in the upper-section length. Furthermore, corrected linkage geometry and self-adjusting primary pivot bearings retain lubrication and prevent the "ovalizing" or distortion common in solid metal or plastic designs. Many consider the UUC Ultimate Short Shifter to be the finest available for BMW M3 vehicles. This short shifter is specifically designed for the BMW M3 Base Convertible and Coupe models with a 3.2L L6 engine, chassis E46, from model years 2001 through 2006.
