The UUC Motorwerks Evo 3 Short Shifter is engineered to transform the driving experience by providing a precise and satisfying "snick-snick" gear change, addressing a common area where BMWs can fall short. Constructed with premium materials, this shifter utilizes T-304 stainless steel, T-6061 aircraft-grade aluminum, precision bearings, a self-adjusting and lubricating primary pivot bearing, and a high-grade silicone vibration-absorbing material. Unlike modified BMW components or generic "one-size-fits-all" solutions, UUC products are designed specifically for performance and feel. The Evo 3 shifter boasts several unique design characteristics. It offers height adjustment through changes in the upper section length. The lever construction is flex and rotation-free, incorporating a full-length vibration-absorbing bushing housing. Furthermore, it features corrected linkage geometry and self-adjusting primary pivot bearings that maintain lubrication and resist distortion or "ovalizing" common in solid metal or plastic designs. Considered by many to be the finest short shifter available for BMWs, the UUC Ultimate Short Shifter is compatible with a wide range of BMW 3-Series models including E30 (1983-1991), E36 (1992-1999), and E46 (1999-2006) variants, as well as the Z3 (1996-2002). Specific fitments include models such as the 318i, 318is, 318ti, 320i, 323i, 323is, 325e, 325es, 325i, 325iX, and 325is, as well as the Z3 Roadster Convertible.
