EVO 3.X Competition Intercooler

The Wagner Tuning EVO 3.X Competition Intercooler Kit is engineered for high-performance applications on the 2009+ Audi TTRS 8J, specifically for power levels exceeding 600HP. This intercooler boasts a core dimension of 515mm x 367 [274] mm x 95mm, resulting in a 120% larger cooling surface and 142% more charge air volume than the factory unit. The newly developed competition core ensures sufficient airflow to adjacent components like the water cooler. Its endtanks are constructed from cast aluminum, meticulously optimized using CAD flow analysis. Integrated air baffles within the inlet promote uniform filling of the intercooler, leading to excellent cooling properties with minimal back pressure. This makes the kit ideal for racing applications. The intercooler and original crossmember form a stable unit weighing 11.2 kg and are designed for a simple 1:1 direct replacement installation. The kit includes the intercooler with crossmember, mounting material, a license plate holder set, and installation instructions. With connection diameters of 68mm on both sides, it is built to reduce fuel consumption while increasing engine power and efficiency.
