The UUC EVO3 Short Shift Kit is a chassis component designed to enhance gear changes. It features re-engineered pivot points for reduced notchiness and a 35% shorter throw than stock. The kit includes a T-304 stainless steel shift lever, sealed lower pivot bearings, and installation hardware.

The UUC Motorwerks EVO3 Short Shifter provides an upgraded gear selection experience by dramatically reducing shift throw and sharpening engagement. Built with CNC-machined 303 stainless steel, the assembly incorporates an all-bearing pivot system and a self-adjusting primary bearing to eliminate slop and ensure a solid, rifle-bolt feel. It also includes a height-adjustable upper lever to accommodate individual ergonomic preferences and an internal rubber isolation section to mitigate vibration while maintaining a connected mechanical feel. This shifter is compatible with BMW E30, E36, and E46 318i, 320i, 323i, and 325i models manufactured from 6/1986 and later. It is not compatible with iX or Xi variants. Note that for E30 models, the DSSR187 component is specifically restricted to 'i' or 'iS' models only. Professional installation is recommended for this kit. Due to technical variations, it is advised to verify specific chassis fitment, such as providing your VIN, to ensure compatibility before installation.
