The Akrapovič Evolution Full Titanium Exhaust is a premium performance exhaust system for the BMW S1000RR and M1000RR. It features full titanium headers and mid-pipes, with a patented hexagonal cone style muffler and integrated titanium exhaust hanger. This system offers significant weight savings of 14.7 lbs over the stock exhaust.

It provides an increase of 10.33hp and 6.56 ft-lbs of torque at 8400 rpm, contributing to a smoother ride. While no fuel remapping is strictly required, a fuel controller is recommended for optimal performance.

The Akrapovic Evolution Full Titanium Exhaust represents the pinnacle of performance exhaust systems, developed and tested by top factory racing teams. This full system is constructed from lightweight titanium for both the headers and mid-pipes, featuring a combination of precise machine welds and expert hand welds. This Evolution Line system offers significant performance enhancements, providing a 10.33hp power increase and 6.56 ft-lbs of torque at 8400 rpm. The system boasts a substantial weight saving of 14.7 lbs compared to the stock exhaust. While no fuel remapping is strictly required, Akrapovic recommends using a fuel controller for optimal performance gains. The system is compatible with BMW S1000RR models from 2020 to 2025 and BMW M1000RR models from 2021 to 2024. An optional carbon fiber heat shield is available separately.
