The Akrapovič Evolution Full Titanium Exhaust system is engineered for the ultimate performance enhancement on BMW S1000RR and M1000RR models. Developed and rigorously tested by Akrapovič's top factory racing teams, this system represents the pinnacle of available performance exhaust technology. It is constructed with full titanium headers and mid-pipes, showcasing a combination of expert machine and hand welding. The system features a patented hexagonal cone style muffler with an integrated titanium exhaust hanger, meticulously optimized to maximize lean angle. A carbon fiber exhaust bracket is included, adding both style and a reduction in weight. This high-performance system offers substantial benefits, including a significant weight saving of 14.7 lbs compared to the stock exhaust. It delivers an impressive increase of 10.33hp and 6.56 ft-lbs of torque at 8400 rpm. Crucially, the performance gains are not limited to peak figures; the exhaust is tuned to improve power and torque delivery throughout the entire RPM range, resulting in a much smoother and more responsive ride. While the system can be installed without fuel remapping, Akrapovič recommends using a fuel controller for optimal performance realization. The Akrapovič Evolution Full Titanium Exhaust is compatible with a range of BMW S1000RR and M1000RR models from 2020 through 2025. Specifically, it fits the BMW S1000RR from 2020 to 2025 and the BMW M1000RR from 2021 to 2024.
