The Akrapovič Evolution Header Set is meticulously crafted from high-grade titanium, featuring sandblasted and coated parts for enhanced durability. The design is specifically optimized to boost the performance of the Akrapovič Slip-On Race Line (Titanium), particularly in the mid-range power band. The complete use of titanium in this header set results in a significant weight saving of 3.8 kg, making it 28% lighter than the stock equivalent. It incorporates tuned quarter-length resonators alongside catalytic converters to ensure superior sound quality, eliminating distortion and unwanted frequencies for a unique auditory experience. When combined with the Akrapovič Slip-On Race Line (Titanium), this Evolution Header Set is intended for closed-course competition circuits. The integrated system provides substantial performance gains: +16.6 kW (22.6 hp) at 4,550 rpm and +35.2 Nm of torque at 4,500 rpm, as verified on the Akrapovič dyno against a standard Porsche 911 GT3 (992). Installation of this header set requires ECU remapping to prevent potential "check engine light" warnings on vehicles equipped with particulate filters; for vehicles without particulate filters, ECU remapping is recommended. It is crucial to note that THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT MEET EMISSION COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR STREET OR HIGHWAY USE.
