The Akrapovič Evolution Line is a full titanium exhaust system designed for the BMW M 1000 RR 2025-. This system features a 4:2:1 configuration, a titanium muffler sleeve, and a titanium end cap. It includes a Lambda plug and a carbon fiber muffler bracket.

The exhaust system is constructed entirely of titanium and weighs 5.165 kg. It is developed and tested on EU vehicle specifications. For optimal performance, throttle response, and durability, the use of the M Race Calibration Kit is recommended.

The Akrapovic Evolution Line represents the pinnacle of performance exhaust systems, utilized and tested by top factory racing teams. This full titanium exhaust system is specifically engineered for the BMW M 1000 RR 2025-, aiming to maximize engine performance and reduce overall weight for improved motorcycle handling. Constructed entirely from titanium, the system features a 4:2:1 configuration. The muffler boasts a titanium sleeve and a titanium end cap, with an embossed imprint that flows seamlessly along the exhaust. The system's unique shape and design elements are intended to elevate aesthetic appeal. For optimal performance, throttle response, and durability, Akrapovic recommends the use of the M Race Calibration Kit, available separately. An optional carbon fiber heat shield is also available. This exhaust system is intended for racetrack use only and does not meet emission compliance requirements for street or highway use. It has been developed and tested on EU vehicle specifications, and non-EU fitment and performance may vary. The delivery scope includes the titanium 4:2:1 exhaust system, muffler with titanium sleeve and titanium end cap, lambda plugs, a carbon muffler bracket for the OEM subframe, and mounting instructions.
