The Akrapovic Evolution Line cat-back exhaust system is crafted from ultra-lightweight titanium alloys and finished with hand-crafted carbon-fiber or titanium tailpipes. Engineered to deliver the very best aural experience in all driving modes, this system aims to provide a deep, sporty, higher-frequency sound from the C63 AMG's engine, evoking a muscle car character while remaining smooth and free of drone. Akrapovic exhaust systems are built with the highest attention to detail, utilizing a multidisciplinary team of industrial designers, engineers, and architects. The development process begins with 3D scanning and CAE simulations to optimize for structural rigidity, fatigue, and thermal loads. Prototypes are then evaluated on a chassis dyno, measuring key performance parameters.
